- A relatively recent computer (these instructions were tested on a five-year-old “Grade C” refurbished HP EliteBook 8470P laptop bought on Newegg for ~$150, several Intel-based MacBooks running macOS 10.14 and later, and a random selection of Chromebooks)
- One or more USB flash drives (pretty much any brand and size will work; e used an old 8 GB USB 2.0 flash drive, and that was more than good neough; something like this is fine):
- If you are using a Windows-based computer, get one USB flash drive
- If you are using macOS, get two USB flash drives
- If you are using a Chromebook, get three USB flash drives
